The Austin Séance to host Friday the 13th sitting at mysterious San Antonio mansion

Located at the center of the King William National Historic District and along the world-famous River Walk, the Villa Finale is the state’s first National Trust Historic Site.

The Austin Séance appears on Friday, Oct. 13, for a sitting at the fantastic Villa Finale in San Antonio, Texas. Located at the center of the King William National Historic District and along the world-famous River Walk, the Villa Finale is the state’s first National Trust Historic Site.

It’s an amazing and beautiful mansion, filled with art work and antiques from throughout the world. The late Walter Nold Mathis — the civic leader who restored the 19th Century home after purchasing it in 1967 — was particularly fascinated with memorabilia relating to the life and death of Napoleon Bonaparte.  You’ll find plenty of it there, as well as delightful religious art and other artifacts that Mr. Mathis collected during his many travels.

The Villa Finale sitting begins at 7:30 p.m. There will be a lecture and adult beverages. Call (210) 223-9800 or email villafinale@villafinale.org for details. Or click here for tickets.
