Spooky Season continues! If you missed out on our SOLD OUT séances and workshops on Oct. 11 and Oct. 12 no worries: we still have more workshops and séances planned for this week (Oct. 18-19) including sessions at historical mansions in San Antonio. Now it’s true that our workshop on Thursday, Oct. 17, also has sold out, but that’s not yet the case for the séance and ghost investigation scheduled for Friday, Oct. 18, at Victoria’s Black Swan Inn in San Antonio. There are also tickets still available for both the workshop and séance on Saturday, Oct. 19, at Villa Finale: Museum & Gardens (also in San Antonio). Both the Black Swan Inn and Villa Finale are fascinating and atmospheric old mansions set on scenic grounds.
And remember: if you’re a paid Patreon supporter, you’re eligible for ticket discounts for some sessions, including at Victoria’s Black Swan Inn (sponsored by Curious Twins Paranormal). Patreon membership also comes with a subscription to The Austin Séance Quarterly Journal and other perks. Want to join? Here’s the link: www.patreon.com/TheAustinSeance.

Also, I’d be remiss if I didn’t talk up this issue’s cover story. It’s about famed artist and punk rock icon Tim Kerr, and his ambitious mission to paint 50 portraits of 50 famous spiritualist figures. Regular contributor (and top-notch writer) E.A. Belile drove out to Tim’s studio and got the story. The dynamite cover image of Tim and his art is by photographer George Brainard.
